PHOTOGRAPHY QUESTIONNAIRE
DETAILS:
Typically, the photographer will provide you with 3-4 photos as soon as possible for social media use. The remaining photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks normally, or 3-4 weeks during our busy times. All images are provided in a digital gallery format, not as printed copies.
Type of Event:
Share the type of event and any specific moments or highlights you want captured.
On-site Coordination:
Ensure there’s a designated point of contact on the day of the event to assist the photographer.
Photo Style Preferences:
Communicate any preferred photography styles (candid, posed, action shots, etc.).
Access Requirements:
Provide necessary access or passes for the photographer to move freely around the event.
Key Moments:
Identify any VIPs, key speakers, or special moments that require focused attention.
Guest Privacy:
Inform guests ahead of time if photos will be taken, especially for corporate or city events.
Digital File Delivery:
Confirm the format and timeline for receiving digital files after the event.
Backup Plan:
Ensure there’s a contingency plan in case of weather or venue changes affecting photography.
