It's best not to carry these type of units up steps, so please disclose at time of booking whether there are steps or other obstacles for our team to navigate. This will help avoid issues on delivery day.
Outlets must be within 50 feet of the set up location.
Outlets must be 20 amp and on separate circuits.
Don’t have volunteers for crowd control? We can provide operators for an additional fee.
NOTE: In general, generators may NOT be used with this equipment, unless they are large, industrial diesel generators intended for such use.
Add at least 2 feet to all dimensions to figure space needed.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Indoor set ups, please make sure the middle bar is removed from all double doors prior to our arrival (if applicable).
Have access gates, doors or entryways unlocked prior to our arrival.
Shut off all sprinkler systems while you have your rental(s).
Clean up any dog or animal droppings prior to our arrival.
We may refuse to set up or drop off if there is a mess.
No food, drink or gum permitted in or around the unit.
No Silly String, sand or confetti in or around the unit.
Adult supervision required at all times.
Follow all directions and warning signs.
The set up area should be mostly flat and at least 10 feet away from pools and bodies of water.
Unit must be shut down and covered up during heavy rains and winds that exceed 15 miles per hour.
